When will my order be shipped?
Your order will be processed & shipped within 1-2 business days after being processed. Any orders placed between Friday-Sunday will be processed on the following Monday. The delivery day will start once the package is dispatched. The tracking number will then be provided to you.
Orders may be delayed based on the following dates:
*Christmas Eve (December 24th)
* Christmas Day (December 25th)
*New Year's Eve (December 31st)
*New Year's Day ( January 1st)
* Thanksgiving (Canadian & American)
KAE RAE reserves the right to alter & change the above schedule at any given time without notice.

What are the delivery fees?
Delivery fees are subject to each area and type of delivery. Any orders over $100 will receive free delivery. If you do receive free delivery, the standard delivery delays apply.
*Everything is based on the amount after the promotion is applied, before taxes & shipping.
*KAE RAE releases itself from all responsibilities in regard to any issues that may arise during the shipment delay or any lost or stolen orders if they do not require a signature. Customers order at their own risk.
*Please note: No taxes & customs fees are paid directly on our website. If you order products that need to be shipped outside of Canada, your order may be subject to these fees as our orders are shipped out of Canada. KAE RAE is not liable for any import duties or taxes charged. We do not accept returns if any order qualifies for import taxes.
When will I receive my order?
Your order will be processed & shipped within 1-2 business days after processing. The delivery delay will start once dispatched and your tracking number will be provided at that time.
The delivery period starts once a confirmation email has been sent and a tracking number has been provided.

How can I track my order?

Can you ship my order to a postal locker?
KAE RAE does not ship to postal lockers. All orders are only shipped & delivered to commercial or residential addresses. Your package can however be delivered to the postal box linked to your address.
Can I modify the delivery address?
Please contact the KAE RAE team at firstname.lastname@example.org if you wish to modify a delivery address. If the order has not yet been shipped, the delivery address can be altered.
What happens if my order is returned to KAE RAE?
Failure to claim a product may result in it being sent back to our location. Once the package is received, we will send you an email to rearrange the address location or we will start the process of a refund. Shipping fee's are non-refundable.
What is the return policy?
If you want to return products or a full order you must contact us at email@example.com. All returns must be pre-approved by KAE RAE & all shipping fees associated with returning products are at the customer's expense. A return address will then be provided to you along with a return authorization number. Any products returned without a valid authorization number will be refused and returned to you at your charge.
Sealed & unused products can be returned within 30 days following the date of purchase. All returned products must be in their original packaging with no alterations. Opened or damaged products will not be accepted.
When will I receive my refund?
All completed authorized returns will be refunded directly to your credit card. The refund must be put back on the same method of payment used for purchasing. Allow 5 to 7 workday delays upon reception of the returned products to proceed with the refund. Please note: there may be a 24 to 48-hour delay before seeing the refund on your credit card.
What do I do if there is an error with my order?
Please contact our KAE RAE team at: firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will then be able to communicate with you to modify or correct your order & establish afferent terms.
What if I am missing a product from my order?
Oh no! We greatly apologize if an item is missing from your order. To start the replacement process, please contact the KAE RAE team at: email@example.com. Please include images of the products you did receive in your email. If you provide insufficient information, your request can be denied.
We will then review your scanned package weight and compare it to a mockup of the same package. That is when we will be able to confirm that you are genuinely missing the product and the replacement process will start immediately.
What if I receive damaged or defective products?
Oh no! We greatly apologize if your package has been damaged upon arrival. If you receive a product/products that are damaged, you must contact our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include pictures of the damaged products as well as the packaging so we can understand the full effect of your delivery.
How can I cancel my order?
An order can be canceled at any time pre-shipment. Within 24 hours of cancelation, a complete refund will be transmitted within 24-72 business hours. If the order has already been shipped, the transaction is already complete and you will need to wait until your purchase is delivered to contact us for a return. Once received, follow our return policy. Once the return is accepted by our team, the refund will be sent as soon as we receive the returned products.
What if my order is declined?
A declined order will not be processed. If the order is declined due to an invalid shipping address, it will be sent back to the KAE RAE warehouse. Once we receive the item, a refund will be issued.
Which products are considered final sales?
* Duel Applicator Mitt
*Sale Items (especially BOGO)
*Opened, used, or damaged products
*Items sold for charity.
*Any items qualified for import taxes.
